I am a financial economist with expertise in corporate governance and disclosure. My work produces data-driven research insights that inform policy and enhance our understanding of how governance and disclosure influence investor protection, market integrity and capital formation. Through economic analysis, I provide evidence-based perspectives on key issues shaping today’s capital markets.​

I am currently a Senior Research Scientist with the Office of Economic and Risk Analysis (OERA) at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). I was previously an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Eller College of Management, University of Arizona.
